Weight ManagementThis program is rooted in specific individual assessment of:
- Resting metabolic rate. Individually and scientifically measured.
- Aerobic fitness level prediction from computer-driven exercise test.
- Body fat and circumferential measurement.
- Specific full body flexibility and core strength assessment.
Program services include:
- Calorie prescription based on above test.
- Heart rate zone-based aerobic exercise prescription that specifies exercise intensity, duration and specific number or calories burned per exercise session.
- Individual flexibility and strengthening program development. Many clients take advantage of Pilates, GyrotonicŪ training or Turbosonic Vibration therapy in the studio to satisfy this aspect of the program.
- Continuing reassessment to quantify changes, validate progress and continually update program.
