Studio Policies

• It is recommended but not required that all new clients schedule a one-hour evaluation with a physical therapist for detailed evaluation to focus their training and/or treatment plan as individually as possible.
  
  
• A referral from a physician for physical therapy is recommended.
  
  
• All physical therapy evaluation and treatment sessions are provided by licensed physical therapists.
  
  
• A "superbill" for insurance reimbursement will be provided for clients seeing a physical therapist.
  
  
• All training sessions are provided by certified Pilates and/or Gyrotonic trainers.
  
  
• Semi-private sessions are available through special arrangement with studio.
  
  
• Payment is due on the day of session or on first day of session package.
  
  
• All sessions are one (1) hour in length.
  
  
• 24-hours notice is required to avoid being charged for a cancelled appointment.
